Effective July 1, 2022, Central California SPCA is no longer providing Animal Control/Leash Law services within the City of Fresno.

We can no longer accept stray or abandoned animals. They must be taken to Fresno Animal Center, located at 5277 Airways Blvd., Fresno, CA 93727.  All phone calls regarding animals at-large must be directed to (559) 621-7387.

We will accept owner surrenders by appointment only.*
